CanHandleChannel checks if an agent can handle a channel.

/api/v1/auth/unified-agents/:unifiedAgentId/can-handle/:channel

Parameters

  • unified_agent_id: Required, agent to check
  • channel: Required, channel to check

Response

  • can_handle: Whether agent can handle the channel
  • agent_status: Current agent status

Errors

  • NOT_FOUND: Agent does not exist
