ValidateChannelCodes validates a list of channel codes.
POST/api/v1/billing/channels/validate
Returns valid and invalid codes separately. Use this to validate channel codes before creating/updating agents.
Authorization
Requires authentication (any authenticated user).
Response
- valid_codes: List of codes that exist in billing_channels
- invalid_codes: List of codes that don't exist
- all_valid: true if all provided codes are valid
