UnassignSeat removes a user from their seat.

POST 
/api/v1/billing/seats/:seatId/unassign

The seat returns to the available pool. The user loses agent capabilities.

Authorization​

Requires billing:manage permission.

Side Effects​

  • User's active calls/chats may be affected
  • Agent status in voice service updated

Errors​

  • NOT_FOUND: Seat ID not found
  • FAILED_PRECONDITION: Seat not currently assigned
