GetUsageSummary returns aggregated usage statistics.

Provides total quantities and amounts for a date range. Useful for dashboard displays and cost monitoring.
Authorization
Requires billing:view permission.
Date Range
- Defaults to current billing cycle if not specified
- Maximum range: 12 months
Response
Returns UsageSummary (defined in subscription messages) with totals per metric and overall amounts.
