GetMyStatusHistory retrieves the authenticated agent's status history.

GET 
/api/v1/engagements/agents/me/status/history

Uses the authenticated user's ID - no need to specify agent_id.

Pagination​

  • limit: Maximum records (default: 100, max: 500)
  • offset: Records to skip

Errors​

  • UNAUTHORIZED: Not authenticated
