GetAutoReplySettings retrieves auto-reply settings for a channel.
GET/api/v1/engagements/channel-configs/:channelConfigId/auto-reply
Returns the current auto-reply configuration including greeting, away, and offline messages.
Errors
- NOT_FOUND: Channel configuration does not exist
- PERMISSION_DENIED: Caller lacks channel:read permission
