GetEngagementStats retrieves engagement statistics by channel and status.

GET 

/api/v1/engagements/conversations/-/stats

Returns counts of engagements grouped by channel type and status. Useful for dashboard displays showing open/active/pending per channel.

Filters

  • start_date/end_date: Filter by engagement start time
  • assigned_to_id: Filter by assigned agent

Response

  • by_channel: Breakdown of counts per channel type
  • totals: Overall counts across all channels

Errors

  • PERMISSION_DENIED: Caller lacks engagement:read permission
