GetUnreadCountsByEngagement retrieves unread counts per engagement.

GET 
/api/v1/engagements/inbox/unread-counts

Returns unread counts for each engagement. If engagement_ids is provided, only returns counts for those engagements. Otherwise returns all engagements with unread messages.

Errors​

  • UNAUTHENTICATED: No valid authentication token
