DisconnectWhatsApp deactivates a WhatsApp channel configuration.
POST/api/v1/engagements/integrations/whatsapp/:channelConfigId/disconnect
This soft-deletes the configuration, preventing further message sending. The phone number can be reconnected later using OAuth2 or Embedded Signup.
