ListWhatsAppTemplates retrieves templates for a channel config.

GET 
/api/v1/engagements/integrations/whatsapp/:channelConfigId/templates

Returns templates with filtering and pagination support. Templates are cached locally after sync.

Filtering​

  • category: Filter by MARKETING, UTILITY, or AUTHENTICATION
  • status: Filter by APPROVED, PENDING, REJECTED, etc.
  • search: Search by template name

Errors​

  • NOT_FOUND: Channel configuration not found
