CreateEscalationRule creates a new time-based escalation rule.

/api/v1/ticketing/escalation-rules

Escalation rules monitor tickets and take action when time thresholds are exceeded. Use these to prevent tickets from getting stuck and ensure SLA compliance.

Errors

  • INVALID_ARGUMENT: Invalid conditions or actions JSON
  • NOT_FOUND: trigger_status_id not found
  • PERMISSION_DENIED: Caller lacks automation:write permission
