DeleteComment removes a comment from a ticket.
DELETE/api/v1/ticketing/comments/:id
Soft-deletes the comment. Attachments are also removed.
Authorization
Only the comment author or admins can delete.
Errors
- NOT_FOUND: Comment does not exist
- PERMISSION_DENIED: Not the author and not admin
