CheckAvailability determines if the organization is available.

POST 

/api/v1/ticketing/availability/check

Evaluates all scheduling rules in priority order:

  1. OOO Overrides (highest priority)
  2. Holidays
  3. Business Hours (lowest priority)

Use this for the authoritative "are we open?" check across all channels.

Errors

  • INVALID_ARGUMENT: Missing channel
  • PERMISSION_DENIED: Caller lacks sla:read permission
