CreateBusinessCalendar creates a new business hours calendar.

/api/v1/ticketing/calendars

Business calendars define when SLA timers count down. Use this to configure support hours for different regions or service tiers.

Example Use Cases

  • Standard Mon-Fri 9-5 business hours
  • 24/7 support calendar (all hours count)
  • Regional calendars for global support teams

Errors

  • INVALID_ARGUMENT: Invalid timezone or business_hours JSON
  • PERMISSION_DENIED: Caller lacks sla:write permission
