CreateSLAPolicy creates a new SLA policy.

/api/v1/ticketing/sla/policies

Policies define SLA targets and conditions for when they apply. New tickets are automatically matched against policies in sort_order.

Policy Matching

When a ticket is created or updated, policies are evaluated in order. The first matching policy is applied. If no policy matches, no SLA is tracked for that ticket.

Errors

  • INVALID_ARGUMENT: Invalid conditions JSON or no targets specified
  • NOT_FOUND: Referenced calendar_id does not exist
  • PERMISSION_DENIED: Caller lacks sla:write permission
