GetSLATracker retrieves SLA tracking details for a ticket.
GET/api/v1/ticketing/tickets/:ticketId/sla
Returns current SLA status, target times, and breach information. Use this to display SLA indicators on ticket views.
Response Fields
- remaining_minutes: Positive = time left, Negative = overdue
- sla_status: Overall status (active, paused, breached, achieved)
Errors
- NOT_FOUND: Ticket does not exist or has no SLA tracker
- PERMISSION_DENIED: Caller lacks ticket:read permission
