GetSLATracker retrieves SLA tracking details for a ticket.

GET 

/api/v1/ticketing/tickets/:ticketId/sla

Returns current SLA status, target times, and breach information. Use this to display SLA indicators on ticket views.

Response Fields

  • remaining_minutes: Positive = time left, Negative = overdue
  • sla_status: Overall status (active, paused, breached, achieved)

Errors

  • NOT_FOUND: Ticket does not exist or has no SLA tracker
  • PERMISSION_DENIED: Caller lacks ticket:read permission
