ListSLABreaches retrieves SLA breach records for reporting.

GET 
/api/v1/ticketing/sla/breaches

Returns a paginated list of all SLA breaches matching the filters. Use this for SLA performance dashboards and manager reports.

Common Queries​

  • All breaches this week: from_date=start_of_week
  • First response breaches by agent: breach_type=first_response, assignee_id=X
  • Team performance: team_id=X

Errors​

  • PERMISSION_DENIED: Caller lacks sla:reports permission
