UpdateBusinessCalendar modifies an existing calendar.

/api/v1/ticketing/calendars/:id

Changes take effect immediately for new SLA calculations. Existing SLA trackers are not recalculated.

Errors​

  • NOT_FOUND: Calendar does not exist
  • INVALID_ARGUMENT: Invalid timezone or business_hours JSON
  • PERMISSION_DENIED: Caller lacks sla:write permission
