GetTicketTimeline retrieves the activity history for a ticket.

GET 

/api/v1/ticketing/tickets/:id/timeline

Returns all activities: comments, status changes, assignments, field updates, and automation actions.

Pagination

  • page: Page number (default: 1)
  • per_page: Results per page (default: 50)

Errors

  • NOT_FOUND: Ticket does not exist
  • PERMISSION_DENIED: Caller lacks ticket:read permission
