ListTickets retrieves tickets with optional filters and pagination.
GET/api/v1/ticketing/tickets
Supports filtering by status, priority, assignee, date ranges, and more. Use status_category for quick filters like "all open tickets".
Pagination
- page: Page number (1-indexed), default 1
- per_page: Results per page, default 20, max 100
Sorting
- sort_by: "created_at", "updated_at", "priority", "status"
- sort_order: "asc", "desc"
Errors
- PERMISSION_DENIED: Caller lacks ticket:read permission
