SplitTicket creates a new ticket from selected comments.

POST 

/api/v1/ticketing/tickets/:sourceTicketId/split

Selected comments are moved (not copied) to the new ticket. A "related" link is created between the source and new ticket.

Errors

  • NOT_FOUND: Ticket or comments do not exist
  • INVALID_ARGUMENT: No comments provided
  • PERMISSION_DENIED: Caller lacks ticket:write permission
