SubmitSatisfaction records a customer satisfaction rating.
POST/api/v1/ticketing/tickets/:ticketId/satisfaction
Typically called from an email link sent after ticket resolution. Updates the ticket's satisfaction fields.
Rating Scale
- 1: Very unsatisfied
- 2: Unsatisfied
- 3: Neutral
- 4: Satisfied
- 5: Very satisfied
Errors
- NOT_FOUND: Ticket does not exist
- INVALID_ARGUMENT: Rating out of range
- FAILED_PRECONDITION: Satisfaction already submitted
