SubmitSatisfaction records a customer satisfaction rating.

POST 

/api/v1/ticketing/tickets/:ticketId/satisfaction

Typically called from an email link sent after ticket resolution. Updates the ticket's satisfaction fields.

Rating Scale

  • 1: Very unsatisfied
  • 2: Unsatisfied
  • 3: Neutral
  • 4: Satisfied
  • 5: Very satisfied

Errors

  • NOT_FOUND: Ticket does not exist
  • INVALID_ARGUMENT: Rating out of range
  • FAILED_PRECONDITION: Satisfaction already submitted
