CreateContact creates a new customer contact.

/api/v1/voice/contacts

Creates a contact record for customer tracking and CRM.

Parameters​

  • name: Optional, contact name
  • phone_number: Optional, phone number
  • email: Optional, email address
  • identifier: Optional, external ID
  • source: Optional, how contact was created
  • (additional fields): Optional CRM fields

Response​

Returns the created contact.

Errors​

  • INVALID_ARGUMENT: Invalid email format
  • PERMISSION_DENIED: Caller lacks voice:contact:write permission
