UpdateStage changes a contact's pipeline stage.

POST 
/api/v1/voice/contacts/:contactId/stage

Updates stage with audit history tracking.

Parameters​

  • contact_id: Required, contact to update
  • new_stage_id: Required, target stage
  • changed_by: Optional, user making change
  • reason: Optional, reason for change

Side Effects​

  • Updates contact_stage
  • Creates stage history record

Errors​

  • NOT_FOUND: Contact does not exist
  • PERMISSION_DENIED: Caller lacks voice:contact:write permission
