GetRatingsByAgent retrieves ratings for a specific agent.

GET 
/api/v1/voice/ratings/agent/:agentId

Returns recent ratings for agent performance review.

Parameters​

  • agent_id: Required, agent to query
  • limit: Optional, max results (1-100, default: 20)

Response​

List of ratings with call details.

Errors​

  • NOT_FOUND: Agent does not exist
  • PERMISSION_DENIED: Caller lacks voice:rating:read permission
